EASTBOURNE NATIONAL Update Saturday 10th May

After a 45 minute debate the weather committee have decided by 2 to 1for the birds to go SUNDAY ,basketing 5 hours earlier than normal centre pick ups

Stephen Meadows was against , as he thought we should wait another day to make decision

The forecast for monday is not good ,but even if we were going for a tuesday race the birds would still have had to be race marked sunday evening .

I realise that not everyone will be happy with decisions but we are trying to make the best of what the weather is throwing at us .
