It is with deep regret that Billy passed away yesterday, On be halve of the members of Annfield Plain HS I would like to pass our condolences onto Billy's family. Billy flew in Annfield Plain along with Brian Thwaites for a great number of years winning everything possible, he will be greatly missed by all
