WHATS GOING ON
Mr Frank Armstrong calls a meeting to form a SPECIALIST CLUB but only invites half the members of Consett Fed, ejects members that do not agree with his thoughts, members threatened with violence by others present, All because Mr. Armstrong can't have his own way with a single liberation, He declared a meeting void because the vote did not go HIS way stating that Shotley Bridge did not vote, Shotley Bridge had the agenda of proposals 3 weeks before the meeting and had a delegate at the Fed meeting who chose to abstain from voting, If Shotley Bridge did not have a meeting and abstained that has nothing to do with Mr Armstrong, the self declared chairman of the Fed meeting

The proposal was for a single liberation of Consett Federation birds in all races except WDA races, out of the 7 clubs present 3 clubs for and 3 against and Shotley Bridge abstained, on a membership vote "all up together" was carried and the meeting carried on with the rest of the proposals

The next day Mr Armstrong informed all clubs that HE had declared the meeting void because Shotley Bridge did not vote, nothing to do with Mr Armstrong, Federation Secretarys DO NOT have the power to declare a DEMOCRATIC meeting void, but Mr Armstrong did state at the WDA AGM THAT HE CHAIRED THE FED MEETINGS AND THEY ALL DO AS HE TELLS THEM TO

Mr Armstrong called another meeting, only 4 clubs attended [those that wanted a single lib] and passed a proposal for a single liberation which was forwarded to the WDA AGM,

So, 1 club abstains from voting and the meeting is declared void yet a meeting with 4 clubs absent goes ahead, an obvious agenda played out

No idea what the Consett Fed members were told after the WDA AGM but when after a hours debate you have Mr Armstrong saying HE is right and ALL the other Fed Delegates are wrong you know you have a problem

I informed the delegates at the WDA AGM THAT AFTER A HOUR OF GOING ROUND IN CIRCLES THERE WAS A SIMPLE SOLOUTION

Consett Federation call a special meeting, Discuss their liberation options, If a single liberation is decided they ask the WDA for a single liberation, its that simple but were the Consett Fed members told this

The WDA have no agenda agaist Consett Fed, In my 12 years as Secretary every member has been treated as equal, no one can dispute that, that is why Alan Brown and myself have our mobile phone numbers in the handbook
