Due to the ongoing weather forecast being poor for the race from Arras the emergency committee have voted 5 to 0 to have a substitute national from Eastbourne on Sunday ,basketing will be on Saturday , centre settings pick ups 6 hours earlier than normal

The reason behind the decision are based on the weather , we have considered the Racepoint and choice Eastbourne as it is the longest inland point

Brian is going to try and book the site this morning and if there are any problems I will post a message

Birds not going today for Sunday vote was 3 to 0

In view of ongoing poor weather forecast for northern France I have arranged for emergency committee to look at options ,one of which is to have an inland race on Sunday

Hope to have this sorted by 8.30 today
