Updated race program

Following was agreed at tonight's Special Meeting.

Usually 30 days before 10KM surveillance zone is lifted.
So will be at least 28th April before surveillance zone lifted as long as no more cases, if so the first possible race for top end will be Saturday 3rd of May (bottom end be at Huntingdon Jubilee Park).

So top end go Ackworth and bottom end go Huntingdon Jubilee Park as booked.

Important - Secretary & Treasurer needed for the WDA

After 16 years dedicated service as Secretary and Treasurer to the West Durham Amalgamation and over 50 years active membership competing in the Amalgamation Brian Ford is stepping down at the upcoming AGM on the 11th of December.

His notice to stand down at the end of the 2024 season was communicated to the 9 Fed Secretaries and Amalgamation officials on the 26th of October.

Anyone wishing to be considered for either or both of the roles should initially inform their Fed Secretary.

The emergency committee have decided that the last YB race will be basket Monday for Tuesday race this gives a five day turnaround for birds that have timed on in today's National.
The race will be slightly shorter than planned and will be flown from Ackworth
