Just spoke to Peter , no word until 7.45 , but expect to liberate by then ,will confirm as soon as liberated

Could it be possible to make decisions on Thursday evenings as to whether the birds are going or not so fanciers who are working on Fridays can prepare. It's not nice when feeding up etc on Friday mornings only to find out that they're not going and adjustments can't be made.
