Due to the continued bad forecast for the coming days the Emergency Committee have agreed that the race will now be flown next Saturday.

It may cause annoyance to some but the race needs to be flown.

The next vote will take place either Saturday night or Sunday morning to confirm marking Sunday for Monday or whether to postpone another 24 hours.

Thursday 14th September

Worksop come back race

The weather committee will vote tomorrow morning as agreed at the AGM as to whether we basket Friday or postpone by 24 hours.

The forecast is currently unsettled and the extra 12 hours will hopefully give us a clearer idea of what is happening.
