Annual maintenance: 3–21 September 2018
The annual maintenance shutdown of the MSF service to allow safe maintenance of the masts and antennas, including greasing of the stays, will take place between 3 and 21 September 2018. The service will be off-air from 08:00 to 18:00 BST each day, including weekends. If the weather is unsuitable for work to be carried out, then the service will not be turned off. If the work is completed sooner than 18:00 BST on any day, the service will be restored as soon as possible.

I am assuming you reported the welsh birds ,can you say were they were libbed from.as I am not aware of any welsh birds going south .north wales birds are rung with nwhu rings, all southwales birds travel south road.nearest I know about were at Newbury, no where near our line of flight
