BASKET STRAPS

Bungee or elasticated straps to hold release flap up.
Been asked by Joe to ask all clubs to make sure that the Hook which holds the flap up needs to be on the front of the baskets .
Many of the release Hooks are on the side of the Baskets once baskets are in Racks it is difficult to unfasten .
