Actions from last night

Joe to ensure everything is documented in Convoyers report.
Any on site issues to be raised with President & or Secretary as they happen.

Hemswell removed from back up race points (if Worksop & Ackworth too wet to access then Selby (Burn) to be fall back lib site).

Ackworth has no hard standing and if wet have to reverse onto main road - will not happen as safety issue so again if Ackworth waterlogged then Selby (Burn) to be replacement.

Grantham is OK but when all organisations are there early season and with YB's is congested (UNC can have 8 transporters, plus DC, GYA etc. as well as North Road organisations).
Folkingham better option for 3rd OB race as has ample hardstanding and no one else on site.

Alternative lib site on line of flight required for Worksop with hard standing as Worksop been waterlogged for OB & YB in 2023 and already for OB in 2024.

Alternative/replacement for Billericay also needed as no hard standing and could be possible issues if standing water means ground is waterlogged re getting on and off for liberation.

More bodies on transporters to assist with liberation.
(Can't guarantee simultaneous liberation unless a member of staff for each side of a vehicle and trailer). Wagon & drag needs 4 bodies to liberate all pigeons simultaneously.

Feds will be liberated together from shorter races and full convoy from Nationals.

Chief Convoyer to report to President and Secretary issues/concerns with lib sites.

Secretary & President to investigate facilities for the Convoying and driving team. May require removal of first column of racking and installation of bunk room behind cab of new 18 ton vehicle.

All Clubs to be notified of problems with baskets not opening or opening too soon due to problems with front flaps.

"Red Card" system to be introduced for defective panniers and Chief Convoyer to place red basket labels on any pannier with defects and list of problems written down which must be resolved before the basket can be used again (problems with front flaps not opening due to cable ties too tight or flaps dropping an inch or more when string cut as from flap cane broken). Quote requested from Lintons printers for labels.

Tripod to be ordered for mobile phone to allow David to record liberation. David needs to provide model of phone to ensure that tripod ordered is suitable.
