High Spen Mid Week Club--Wetherby --2/8/2017

You noticed change of race point ?
Well race was called on and 7 members sent---8 bird limit.
Well we thought a fast race was on--how wrong we were.
First race from pontefract was altered to Wetherby due the weather but all seemed well and birds were liberated at 13 .15 so how long would you have thought for the 67 miles to my loft ?

Well thank god for ets--got wet waiting in the rain so went in the bath and left system on.
To the result.
1st and 3rd--J and L Bousfield--633 and 577ypm
2nd 5th and 9th our new member J Campbell --591 568 and 506ypm
Well done james.
4th 7th and 8th F Babak 570 560 and560ypm
6th and my only bird back for me--Smith / Ovington 563ypm
And rounding off in 10th Mr / Mrs Storey 483 ypm
Well at clocks only 12 birds back.
