Arrived at Leeming for 9.50 ,setting off for Thoresby with 4 wagons and trailer at 10. 40 arrived on site at 12.30 birds watered and opened up by 12.45 ,have noticed that very few birds are drinking
Sat up at 6.15 ,clear on route full cloud cover on site ,
9.00 still poor on site ,showers developing at back side of home end,
11.00 still poor on site and up to Doncaster,heavy rain at north part of home end,forecast suggesting that rain was pushing out into the North Sea ,
12.15 breaking on site ,rain radar showing heavy showers pushing to the North Sea
12.40 ,birds liberated in a north west wind
On way home good visibility and good skies until Catterick where a mix of dark cloud and rain stretched from Richmond to Teesside,showers becoming a large band of rain
