Fri 7.45 rang Martin and Stephen vote was 3 to 0 to go ,informed Alan
5,30 arrived at yard picked up Deerness Valley, Cockfield, West Durham feds up arrived at Leeming for 9,00
Had problem with 1 wagon on the way to Leeming ,sorted it and left Leeming at 10,00 with 3 wagons and 2 trailers
Stopped at Peterborough for tacho break arrived at Billericay at 4,00 but not on actual site ,opened up and put drinkers on
Sat up at 6,30 clear blue skies ,cold pulled onto liberation site at 7,45 ,forecast was clear blue skies most of way but patches of full cloud cover in Doncaster area ,with various strength southerly winds on route ,looking like a fast race,
Birds liberated at 9,00 clearing very well
Set off back to yard at 1,10 ,back to yard at 7,00 ,arranged to return baskets on Sunday morning
We seem to have a problem at Medomsley with members making comments to the driver, please remember no drivers no race!
