Different sort of race today,some might say a bit cautious as only 8 members sent for our fist only youngbird race.
Birds went down to racepoint a little early for an earlier liberation.
8 members sent 46 birds
Liberated at13.45.
First three positions being taken by Jobes Bros /Stephenson 1567,1566,1566ypm
Next three positions going to our man on a mission Fedor Babak with his small team of 4 birds (5 now as one was brought back )
His birds were doing 1566--65 and 64ypm
A Slee andG/Daughter got a bad trap so go down the sheet to 7th ,8th and 9th all doing 1655ypm
In 10th position is last weeks winner Phillips and Son doing 1555ypm
SO A GOOD RACE WITH MOST GETTING GOOD RETURNS.
Well the wooden spoon for the 5th loft clocked went to one of our new members Weldon Son and Beadle.
