By Greg Marshall , 19 August 2016 Can anyone tell me the ruling on weekday liberations? Can't seem to find it anywhere. Is it up as soon as weather permits or libbed to arrive after say 5pm? Just incase its another delay. Just so I can try and orgsninse work if needs be. Thank you
