Balance sheet and auditors report accepted.

Due to efforts of Brian Ford, Allan Brown , Tony Twentyman, Ronnie Matthews and others amalgamation is in a sounder position than for a good many years and efforts are on going to introduce further savings.

Birdage was reduced on inland racing for 2015 by 50 p a basket.

A further 50 p a basket reduction is approved for 2016 putting it at a cost of £12.50 a basket to Federations.

4 shortest Channel races reduced by 30 pence a pigeon on 2015 charges.

Tours race to £5 per pigeon (May require adjustment as Channel races must be self supporting but initial estimates on 500 pigeons would be cost effective at that price).

Yearling Classic remains £1 per pigeon.

Eastbourne NEHU 65 pence a pigeon (includes 5p NEHU Classic race drug testing contribution).

Maidstone OB and Billericay YB National are 60 pence a pigeon.
