Liberation slots

Would like to say that any federation opting out of the main liberation should be liberated after the main lib and at no time be allowed to lib in front of main batch.
Think someone is pulling my chain saying consett we’re going to be liberated first!
If so then can only presume they must be on nelsons wagons.
